Octi was a revolutionary app launched in 2020 where creators can interact with the community and earn virtual Octi Coins. These coins can be used to buy digital items in the Octi Shop and physical products. It was a one of a kind platform that utilized AR to give it's users a more virtual experience while being on the app. Octi was the first augmented reality social platform where reality merged with metaverse and empowered anyone to create content with digital objects and scenes.
Octi wanted to drive so many pre orders that when the app launched they would be the #1 app in the app store to skyrocket downloads.
With this hefty goal that Octi was looking to drive. Chappell Digital got right to work on finding hundreds of TikTok creators and keeping each of their KPI's organized to ensure to highest probability of scaling at higher budgets. After going through each creators KPI we were able to hone in our targeting to the top 5 and were ready to scale. These creators highly engaged with the audience Octi was looking to drive onto their platform.
Through extensive ad research we were able to go through video view watch times and analyze the points to which the prospects were viewing the videos. Through these analytical points each video was highly optimized and near the end of when the app was about to be launched we were spending tens of thousands a day pushing out content and were able to achieve the goal. By the last day at launch we achieved the goal and held the #1 app store position for an entire week.
Being a younger audience to target, we honed in on the TikTok feed placement with custom-fit creatives and tailored copy. This resulted in over 65,000+ total downloads, and $.27 cost per click.
